Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

STANDARD 4-7 DAY SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Placed Order by 9 am EST to be processed the same business day. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 4-7 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

USPS PRIORITY 3-4

Orders placed by 9 am EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 9 am EST will be processed the next business day. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-4business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding holidays).

FedEx 2-DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed by 9 AM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 9 am EST will be processed the following business day. The package will arrive in 2-business days.

OVERNIGHT
AVAILABLE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY

Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

STANDARD SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 7-11 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Belt Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges requested during your order shipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Belt Hair will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for a change of address must be made directly with Belt Hair before your order is shipped.

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address), customers must contact Belt Hair within one hour of the order being placed for correction. Otherwise, once shipped, the customer must contact the shipping courier to have changes made.

Belt Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages (e.g., damaged/opened parcels) during delivery.

Belt Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

The shipping cost for orders is nonrefundable.
